Trevor Skene is an American patent analyst, engineer, and entrepreneur. He started his career working as a federally contracted patent examiner for the USPTO.
Trevor has founded two companies in the intellectual property space. Patent Hacks® and Trevor Skene Consulting, based in Arizona and Pennsylvania respectively.
Trevor is the Co-Founder and CEO of Patent Hacks® an intellectual property support company designed to make patenting and trademarking more affordable, actionable, and inclusive.
Trevor began his career working for the USPTO reviewing PCT applications in the mechanical field. He has reviewed patent applications for some of the largest companies in the world.
Trevor holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Physics from Wilkes University, located in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.
Trevor grew up in a small town in Northeastern Pennsylvania and he's always had a knack for innovation and helping others. That's what led him to pursue engineering and launching Patent Hacks®.
